This sumptuous Nusantara feast is specially catered by hotel’s culinary expert presenting guest with local authentic dishes such as Kambing Masak Hitam, Ayam Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, Ikan Pari Asam Pedas, Sotong Lit Lit and Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin to name a few.
