#Traveltips | What to buy in Legoland Malaysia?

Yeah yeah yeah.... I know, old news right? But I don't care lor... kiasu mah.

On the way to Legoland few months back >>>

I was pretty excited as I already have it all planned, what pictures to take, what angle to blog on even the entry title is already in this stubborn head of mine. All drafted and crafted, it's gonna be a masterpiece (sungguh drama) I told myself.

Having been to a few theme parks, I very well know what to expect and it being new makes it even easier. Easy peasy I'd say. Little did I know....

I couldn't find an interesting blog angle, pictures look bad, somehow I just wasn't excited. Something is very wrong... (agak merisaukan jugak) the moment I went in. Oh oh! This is so not good... BUT since I am a very smart girl (bayangkan nada yang amat poyo & perasan), I managed to change my plan. Phew!! (Swipe forehead).

My so called 'beautiful' plan is to just share pictures of what they have that we can get as souvenirs, obviously those to my liking only lah, can't be putting all right? Hehheheh.... kang orang ingat kedai online lak.

So, enjoy the below souvenirs options but don't ask price pulak yek.

* Note 1 : Some pictures are not sharp, so I am blaming it on my mood. Hehehehhe.....
* Note 2 : Masa kecik-kecik dulu, I ada 3 tong of Lego, Kawada & Technic. Memang tomboy masa dulu.

These are the only cool fridge magnets I manage to grab.

No, there is NO magnets written Legoland Malaysia available. Upset ok!

Babe's Magnet! (Part 3)

Latest collection. Well, not so latest anymore as some of it I've received few months back but didn't manage to update it till today (tonight).

Earlier entries :

My latest collection.

This is from the 3 Musketeers that recently came back from India Golden Triangle trip. I wanted one from each cities as back in those days (macam ler lama sangat), fridge magnets were rare commodity. Hehheheh... Besides, free stuff are nicer right!

Very very precious as this is the one and only Hiroshima magnet I ever received in my life. Thanks Biqque!

This is also rare, same as India case; no magnets those days. You must be wondering which donkey years I traveled to this places right. Hahhahaah.... well, read my blog to find out *wink wink*.

Forgotten that I bought this key chain for Icam.... Ops! Chawanna, remind me to pass to him yah (masa kemas-kemas terjumpa, siap tulis nama dia lagi).

Sorry lah! Jumpa yang pink jek Icam.

This one is from Byya, from her recent trip to Land of Long White Cloud!

PS : Na, I can't find Swiss magnet, cari cam nak giler over the wekend. I ada tertinggal kat umah you ke? Ish! Nak nagngis ler nih. Mana I nye LEMBUUUUUUU.

Babe's Magnet! (Part 2)

An entry to share my latest addition, I actually missed a few insertions but it doesn't make very much different. Hahhah.... I believe most of travelholics and friends alike whom I know collects Fridge Magnet, here's my little collection and currently am starting on my 2nd box.

My first box and earlier entry on my many, plenty, much Fridget Magnets can be viewed HERE.

Souvenir Tips
For those going to Japan, it's hard to get Fridge Magnets here, so; the minute you see one that you like just get a few first. Stock more as you bump into any, and don't plant any hope on getting one in Disneyland/ Universal Studios yah....
Biqque, you can get those bundled ones in Asakusa souvenir area. Grab some here... you can also get a couple in Hakone if you guys plan to drop by.

Chawanna, there's a shop outside Universal Studio that sells USJ specific souvenirs (if you don't plan to go in USJ lar, it's a small shop though). And few doors next to it; you are able get a Hello Kitty Osaka magnets in a shop called Little Osaka. So far, I only see it here. Unfortunately, I stupidly gotten 2 pieces as I thought I be seeing more....sigh...

Got this from Anna from her Italy trip.

This is the full collection that I use for the entry, gave all away to my colleagues.
This one is for Elly - sexy mommy to be (2nd time round) who unable to join the trip.
Got this for Biqque and Chawanna as they didn't follow us to Chinatown.

First layer of my 2nd box, Greece, Romania, Japan and few souvenirs from travelholics, colleagues and friends.

2nd layer, that's the only USJ magnet available (a photoframe type). Also received 2 pieces last Friday from Javier who just visited Myanmar. Aspire to be a photographer - check out his website HERE.

My newest favourite todate. Yeah! It's a fridge magnet! Cute huh!!!

Babe's Magnet!

Being a travelholic the la
st 10-14 years (or perhaps more) have finally resulted with the accumulation of my little-lest collection - fridge magnets, as this was the SMALLEST, LIGHTEST, EASIEST and CHEAPEST of all souvenirs. And along the years, manufacturer of respective country has gotten very VERY creative in designing them; WHICH made me spoil for choices. At times, I felt like buying ALLLLLLL of those in the store, especially when I was in Australia and New Zealand.

Normally, per country; I will end up with approximately 25 pieces at minimum for friends and relatives. It's worst when I was in New Zealand as we were driving from town to town and city to city, I knew it in my heart that I MUST buy them ALL to "prove" that I've BEEN THERE! Hehhehee.... Anyway, I thought I should share this with you - my crazy collection.

By the way, this is not all.... I have other souvenirs as well such as trinket boxes and plates from other countries (HEAVY!). Hemmm.... probably share it in my next blog entry :P

The latest set. Purchased this in Kuching 2 months back.

The 2nd set from Sabah :D

Magnet spring cleaning. I poured all on the floor and start segregating it in my "assumed smart" order (whatever "order" that may be?!??!).

First layer in my newly purchased Togoyo box.

Plastic and rubber type - trying hard to stop buying this. Rubber/plastic are NO-NO as it will melt easily in Malaysia HOT weather which makes the rubber/plastic sticky and slimy AND run out of shape. Sigh... I learn the hard way.

Paper material... I like this the best as it's lighter and doesn't add to the weight to my luggage when I buy by few dozensssss.

Ceramics... and more ceramics.

More ceramics, very fragile, am stopping this and focus more on matels.

Supposedly the buildings magnets which is ONLY a handful, I guess I am kinda pathetic at this collection.

The country faces. Not that many as yet, hope to collect more.

The odd ones.

The fluffy magnets. I started this when I bought my first Koala and Kangaroo from Australia, followed by Angelina giving me the Mickey from Hong Kong Disneyland. Then I begin my quest - Moose from Sweden, Kiwi/Sheep/Pukeko from New Zealand, Panda from China, Bull from Spain etc. I do hope I can get more, hemm..... can Anna help me buy Paddington bear magnet from London? Hehhehe... I shall insist!

Stray magnets from office, just brought it home to be kept with it's magnetic family :D

You think I'm bad? My cousin have more then 500 pieces.... GOSH!

Any of you collects stuff when you travel?

What are the cool items?

And how do you kept it?
